Digital Arrest Alert
The long-call guard for Android
Real police, CBI, customs or bank staff never arrest anyone on a video call. If a number you don't know keeps you on a phone or WhatsApp call too long, Digital Arrest Alert shows a warning card, rings your family on speaker, and gets a message ready for them — because a family voice is what breaks the scam.
What it does
- Notices long calls with unknown numbers in the phone app, WhatsApp and other calling apps — and asks "is it really them?" when a saved number's call runs very long, because scammers can fake a family number.
- Shows the card first. Unless you tap "It's fine", your phone rings the family member you chose and the message waits ready to send — one tap on Send.
- One tap to ring your country's official helpline (1930 in India) and to report at cybercrime.gov.in or Sanchar Saathi's Chakshu.
- "Send my screen": one picture of the call screen to your family on WhatsApp, only when you choose.
- A first-hour checklist and an evidence page for when money has already moved.
- 13 languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Malay and Thai.
What it never does
It never hears the call and never reads your messages. No account, no ads, no analytics. Nothing leaves your phone except the call and messages to the family you choose. Read the privacy policy.
Independent
Digital Arrest Alert is an independent app. It is not made by, endorsed by or linked to any government, police force, bank or I4C. 1930, cybercrime.gov.in and Sanchar Saathi are official Government of India services.
